1. What We Do

EasyList is a web application that helps you create and publish auction listings on eBay UK. You photograph items, our AI generates listing details, and you review and publish them to eBay.

2. Information We Collect

When you use EasyList we collect and process the following:

• eBay account details — your eBay username and OAuth tokens, used solely to list items on your behalf. We never access your eBay password.
• Photos you upload — sent to our servers for AI analysis. Images are processed in memory and are not stored after the listing is generated.
• Listing data — titles, descriptions, prices, and item specifics you create or edit within the app.
• Purchase history — records of credit purchases, used to track your credit balance. We do not receive or store payment card details.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To generate listing titles, descriptions, and pricing suggestions via AI.
• To publish listings to eBay on your behalf when you choose to do so.
• To manage your credit balance for AI-powered features.
• To authenticate your identity and keep your account secure.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party services to operate:

• eBay API — to search categories, research prices, and publish listings.
• Anthropic (Claude AI) — to analyse your photos and generate listing content. Images are sent to Anthropic's API for processing and are subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — our backend infrastructure, hosted in the EU (London) region.
• Mollie — for secure payment processing of credit purchases.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your eBay OAuth tokens and session data are stored in encrypted form on AWS servers in the EU-West-2 (London) region. We use HTTPS for all data in transit and AWS-managed encryption for data at rest. Your authentication tokens are isolated per user and are never exposed to other accounts.

6. Data Retention

• Photos — processed in real time and never stored on our servers.
• eBay tokens — retained while your account is active; deleted when you log out or request account deletion.
• Credit balance & purchase records — retained for the lifetime of your account.

7. Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. You can also revoke EasyList's access to your eBay account directly from your eBay third-party permissions page.

8. Children's Privacy

EasyList is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
